Manage My Subscription

We’re here to try and help you avoid the “OH NO! I’m out of Gustola!” situation. If you’re a regular – and there are a bunch of you (thanks!) – this might be a nice option. A subscription allows you to get the granola you love, delivered straight to your door, once per month. Like clockwork. Change or cancel at any time. Got questions? Read below or reach out to us.

Subscription FAQs

  • What if I want to change my subscription?
      • It's super easy to change your subscription. Sign in to your Gustola Granola online account and simply click on "Manage Subscriptions". This will take you to the subscription menu where you can update your shipping address, change your payment info, skip an order, pause an order, or cancel your subscription altogether. No risk!
      • If you have an existing subscription, you can increase or decrease the quantity of the product shipped each month or you can "Swap" that product with something different.  If you want to add more products to your subscription, it is best to cancel your current subscription and create a new subscription.
      • The system will use your existing payment information on file until you update or change it.  No additional charges will be made until the next month's order is processed.
  • Will my subscription ship free?
      • We’re thrilled to offer you 10% savings on our granola subscription program; and all orders, regardless of size, incur a nominal flat $5 shipping fee.
  • May I subscribe to multiple Gustola flavors?
      • Of course! On your initial order, you can add as many different flavors and bags as you wish to your cart, and double-check at checkout that the subscription details are just the way you want them.
  • Can I suspend my subscription?
      • Sign in to your Gustola Granola online account and simply click on "Manage Subscriptions". Your current subscription information will populate here, then click on the “Edit Future Orders" link. This will allow you to change the future order date or "Pause" your subscription until you're ready again. A “Resume Future Orders” link will show in this area when you sign in again and you can click to join up again, if desired.
  • What if I want to cancel my subscription?
      • You may cancel your subscription at any time.  Sign in to your Gustola Granola online account and simply click on "Manage Subscriptions".  Scroll down to “Cancel Subscription” section. Once your cancellation is confirmed, a “Re-subscribe” button will show in the Subscriptions section of your account. Clicking on this will take you directly into checkout to select new options and enter your payment information.
      • When you re-subscribe, zero dollars will be charged, and the subscription will return to its original payment and shipping schedule.
  • What do I do if my shipping address changes?
      • You can edit your shipping address at any time. Sign in to your Gustola Granola online account and simply click on "Manage Subscriptions". Scroll down to the "Address and Shipping Information" section and you can update your address on the subscription, as well as your shipping address on file for the main account.
    Is it possible to change my payment method?
      • You can change your payment method at any time. Sign in to your Gustola Granola online account and simply click on "Manage Subscriptions".  Scroll down to "Payment Information". This will allow you to change your payment method for the subscription to a previously-saved or new credit card.
